About Us.
The Brain Training Institute was formed in March 2005 to provide Neurofeedback services in Auckland, New Zealand.
Our Mission is:
To provide excellence in applied neuroscience clinical practice .
Our Objectives are to:
- Improve lives through neurofeedback and other brain regulation modalities.
- Encourage understanding of brain physiology and its impact on behavior
- Provide information resources for the public and professionals .

The late Bruce Mackie founded the Brain Training Institute in 1999. He continued to play a mentoring role in the organisation .
The new director is Monique Chasteau, Grad Dip Tch (Reg), PgDipCouns, (MNZAC) M.F.A. (Hons) Cert E.E.G. Biofeedback.
Monique has many years of experience working in the mental health field and special education. She is a qualified therapist and educator who can offer therapy and counselling in conjunction with brainwave assesment and neurofeedback therapy. She comments: My professional goal is to help as many people as possible to benefit from this long-lasting training, that is non-invasive and does not have side effects."
Pricing Schedule:

Assessment and evaluation - 3 sessions of 50 minutes and a written report: $460.00 (GST inc)
50 minute session: $115.00 (incl)
Neurofeedback Intensives (5 or more sessions per week): negotiable.
